PROFESSIONAL PROFILE OF
THEIR CONSULTANCY: 
Aldo Venco and Giuseppe Zatti are
active together in the field of oenology and viticulture since
1994. They offer enological, agricultural and analitical
consultancy, focusing both on grapes quality and fine wine
making. They routinely follow grapes and wine in all the phases
of their production, while performing themselves chemical and
organolectical analyses.
Another target of their Consultancy is the identification of the
